We urgently carried out data repair, and the downtime has now been completed. **The full server data archives have been restored to the game state at 05:00 on August 13**. The server will be reopened on August 31, and **the Tanabata Festival activity will be synchronously reopened**.

We deeply apologize for the great inconvenience caused to all players by the backup caused by IDC's protection negligence and malicious deletion of data. The relevant handling rules and compensation instructions are hereby notified as follows:

Important notes

1. **Recharge Compensation Processing**: Players who recharged during the period from 05:00 on August 13 to 23 will have their in-game recharge data cleared with the archive. Please contact customer service for this part of the players and provide the corresponding order number. After manual verification, we will resend the corresponding recharge rights and interests to you.
2. **Game output description for the archived time period**: From 05:00 on August 13th to the period of archived downtime, all game progress such as equipment obtained by players killing monsters, equipment strengthening, cultivation, obtaining props, gold coins, and level advancement obtained by grinding copies will be reverted according to the archived operation. **This part of the game data cannot be restored separately**. We have prepared a full server compensation to help everyone catch up with the progress.
3. **Explanation of private transactions**: The props, gold coins, and character flow data generated by offline private transactions between players cannot be recovered; if there are disputes over offline transactions, we will try our best to assist in verification, but we cannot guarantee complete recovery of losses. Please try to avoid offline private transactions.

Compensation content for the whole server (effective with the Qixi Festival activity)

1. In the Qixi BOSS activity, the dungeon BOSS, 1-turn copy BOSS, 2-turn copy BOSS and dark hall BOSS will be refreshed in addition, which will improve the opportunity of BOSS output.
2. **Double experience activities are increased to three times**, which is convenient for everyone to catch up with the level loss and cultivation progress of the archives.
