The User Agreement and Privacy Policy of "Steam Fantasy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") are jointly concluded by you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and Hainan Tianying Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianying Network" or "we"). It is legally binding. Your registration, login, download, installation or use of the "Steam Fantasy" game and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Game Services") shall be deemed to indicate that you have fully read, fully understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to terms that exempt or limit Tianying Network's liability, terms that reasonably restrict user rights, terms that stipulate dispute resolution methods, etc. If you disagree with any content of this Agreement, you should immediately stop registering, logging in and using the Game Services.

Minors who use game services must read this agreement under the supervision of their legal guardians. The legal guardians shall fully understand and agree to the contents of this agreement. The behavior of minors using game services shall be deemed to have been agreed to by their legal guardians.

I. Rights and obligations of users

(I) User rights

1. Subject to compliance with this agreement and relevant rules, you have the right to use the game services in accordance with the law, including creating game characters, experiencing game content, and using in-game built-in functions, etc.

2. You have the right to feedback game problems, put forward opinions or suggestions through the official designated channels of Tianying Network, and Tianying Network will deal with them according to the actual situation.

3. Apply for the cancellation of the game account when the corresponding conditions are met in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

(II) User obligations

1. When registering a game account, you should provide true, legal, accurate and valid identity information and contact information, complete real-name authentication, and ensure that the information remains valid. If the information is false, invalid or there is a case of impersonation of others' identities, Tianying Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of game services, and you shall bear all losses arising from this.

2. Properly keep the game account number, password and relevant identity verification information, and bear full responsibility for all operations under the account. The account is only for your personal use, and may not be rented, lent, transferred, gifted or entrusted to third parties in any other way. Otherwise, Tianying Network reserves the right to take measures such as restricting functions, blocking accounts, canceling accounts, etc. for the account, and shall not bear any liability for compensation.

3. Strictly abide by laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement, and shall not engage in any illegal and irregular acts using game services, including but not limited to:

(1) Spread illegal, obscene, violent, discriminatory and other bad information;

(2) Using plug-ins, cheating software, cracking programs and other tools to destroy the fairness of the game or interfere with the normal operation of the game;

(3) Stealing, falsifying or altering other people's account information or game data;

(4) Spreading game source code, game resources or engaging in infringement acts such as reverse engineering and reverse compilation without authorization;

(5) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, public order and morals or the provisions of this agreement.

4. You shall not conduct transactions such as game accounts, virtual props, virtual currency, etc. through non-Tianying Network official channels. Such transaction behaviors are not protected by this agreement, and the risks arising from account theft, loss of props, loss of funds, etc. arising from this shall be borne by you.

5. Cooperate with the compliance management and security verification requirements of Tianying Network, such as face recognition and identity verification, to meet the regulatory requirements such as anti-addiction and account security.

II. Relevant agreements on game services

(I) Service provision and adjustment

1. Tianying Network reserves the right to adjust, update or optimize the content of game services according to factors such as technological development, operation planning, regulatory requirements, etc., including but not limited to game functions, character settings, virtual props attributes, charging standards, etc. Relevant adjustments will be notified in advance through in-game announcements, official websites and other channels. Your continued use of the game services constitutes your acceptance of such adjustments.

2. Tianying Network reserves the right to merge, migrate, close, etc. game servers according to server load, user activity, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "merge server / close server"). Before merge server / close server, the specific rules will be announced through official channels, and the game data under user accounts will be handled properly according to the announced rules (such as character renaming, equipment compensation, etc.). You agree that Tianying Network does not need to pay you any additional compensation for such operations.

(II) Related agreements on virtual items

1. Virtual currency, virtual props, virtual equipment, etc. in the game (hereinafter referred to as "virtual items") are all components of the game service, and their ownership belongs to Tianying Network. You only enjoy the right to use them in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2. The acquisition, use, transaction, etc. of virtual items must comply with the rules of the game and the provisions of this agreement. Tianying Network reserves the right to freeze, deduct, recycle, etc. virtual items obtained or used in violation of the rules.

3. Virtual items may have an expiration date or validity period, which will automatically expire after the expiration date. The unused part is deemed to be voluntarily waived. Tianying Network does not provide any refund, compensation or exchange services (except for mandatory provisions in law).

4. The virtual items you obtain through recharge and other means will not be refunded or exchanged for legal currency once they are used or bound to an account, except as otherwise provided by law or as expressly promised by Tianying Network.

(3) Account cancellation and data processing

1. If you apply to cancel your game account, you need to operate according to the cancellation process and conditions announced by Tianying Network. Before cancellation, you should settle all outstanding transactions, debts or other obligations under the account.

2. After the account is canceled, all game data under the account (including character information, virtual items, recharge records, etc.) will be permanently deleted or anonymized. Except as otherwise provided by law, Tianying Network will no longer retain any information of the account and will not provide data recovery services.

3. After the account is canceled, you will no longer be able to log in or use the game services with this account. The purchased value-added services, unused virtual items and other rights and interests will be automatically terminated. Tianying Network shall not bear any liability for compensation or compensation.

III. Privacy protection

(I) Information collection and use

1. Tianying Network only collects your necessary information for the purpose of providing game services, ensuring account security, optimizing user experience, and fulfilling compliance obligations, including but not limited to:

(1) Real-name authentication information (name, ID number, etc.) is used to meet the requirements of anti-addiction and supervision;

(2) Account login information (login device, login time, login IP, etc.), which is used to ensure the security of the account and prevent risks;

(3) Game behavior data (character operation, game progress, recharge consumption records, etc.) is used to optimize game services and personalized recommendations;

(4) The feedback information, contact information, etc. you voluntarily provide will be used to respond to your consultation or provide relevant services.

2. Tianying Network will use the collected information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Steam Fantasy Privacy Protection Guidelines, and will not use it beyond the scope of legitimate purposes, nor will it disclose your personal information to third parties (except as required by laws and regulations, your consent, or necessary for the performance of this Agreement).

3. Tianying Network will take encryption transmission, data desensitization, access control and other technical and management measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent information leakage, loss or tampering.

(II) Information sharing and disclosure

1. Tianying Network may share your necessary information with cooperating third-party service providers (such as payment institutions, security testing institutions, etc.) to provide corresponding auxiliary services, but will require third parties to comply with confidentiality obligations and use it only within the scope necessary for providing services.

2. When the following situations occur, Tianying Network has the right to disclose your information without bearing any responsibility:

(1) Mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, judicial organs or administrative supervision departments;

(2) In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests, personal safety or public interests of Tianying Network, other users or third parties;

(3) The information you disclose or agree to disclose on your own;

(4) Anonymous data after desensitization for academic research, statistical analysis, etc.

(3) User privacy rights

1. You have the right to inquire, correct and supplement your personal information. You can apply through the in-game customer service or the official designated channels. Tianying Network will handle it in accordance with relevant regulations after verifying your identity.

2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of personal information, but withdrawing your consent may lead to the inability to use some game services normally. Tianying Network shall not bear any responsibility arising from this.

3. Tianying Network will not use your personal information for other purposes not agreed upon in this agreement. If the purpose needs to be changed, we will notify you in advance through official channels and use it only after obtaining your consent.

IV. Exemptions and limitations of liability of Tianying Network

1. If you are unable to use the game service or suffer losses due to causes beyond Tianying Network's control, such as force majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, typhoons, wars, policy adjustments, etc.), third-party infringement, network failures, equipment failures, communication interruptions, etc., Tianying Network shall not bear any liability for compensation, but will try its best to assist in resolving the problem.

2. You shall bear the responsibility for any losses you suffer due to violations of the provisions of this agreement, laws and regulations or third-party rights and interests, or resulting in losses to Tianying Network, and Tianying Network has the right to recover the money from you.

3. Tianying Network does not make any absolute guarantee of the stability, security, compatibility and other aspects of the game service. For service suspension, interruption or data abnormality caused by game version updates, vulnerability repairs, server maintenance and other reasons, Tianying Network will notify you in time through official channels and make every effort to restore the service, and shall not bear any additional compensation responsibility (except for those caused by intentional or gross negligence of Tianying Network).

4. The game client or related software you download and install through unofficial channels may have security risks, resulting in account theft, device damage, information leakage and other losses. Tianying Network shall not be responsible for any losses.

5. Tianying Network is not responsible for the third-party links and third-party services provided by the game service. Disputes between you and the third party shall be resolved by yourself.

6. Except as otherwise provided by law, Tianying Network shall not bear any liability for indirect losses, expected loss of benefit, etc. suffered by you due to the use of game services, and the single compensation amount shall not exceed the actual recharge amount you have made in your game account in the past 12 months.

V. Rules for the suspension of the game

1. Tianying Network reserves the right to decide to terminate the operation service of "Steam Fantasy" (hereinafter referred to as "suspension") according to factors such as operation situation, market changes, legal and regulatory requirements, etc. Before suspension, a suspension notice will be issued through effective channels such as in-game announcements, official websites, registered email addresses, etc. at least 30 days in advance, clarifying the suspension time, data processing methods, compensation plans, etc.

2. After the suspension notice is issued, Tianying Network will stop providing services such as game recharge and registration. You should consume virtual items, value-added services and other rights and interests in your account in time before the suspension deadline. All unused virtual items, value-added services, etc. will automatically expire after the suspension. Tianying Network does not provide refunds, exchanges or other compensation (except for mandatory provisions in law).

3. After the suspension of operation, Tianying Network will handle the personal information of users in a proper manner in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations (such as deletion, anonymization storage, etc.), and will no longer retain or use user information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

4. If you have any objections to the suspension compensation plan, you should negotiate with Tianying Network to resolve it within the period specified in the suspension notice. If you do not object or fail to reach an agreement within the time limit, it shall be deemed that you agree to the relevant arrangements for suspension.

VI. Changes and termination of the agreement

1. Tianying Network reserves the right to modify this agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, operational needs, and other circumstances. The modified agreement will be announced through official channels, and it will take effect after the expiration of the announcement period. If you do not agree with the modified agreement, you should immediately stop using the game service; if you continue to use the game service, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement.

2. If any of the following situations occur, Tianying Network reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement and stop providing game services:

(1) You have seriously violated the provisions of this agreement and failed to correct it within the specified period after being notified by Tianying Network;

(2) Your account has not been logged in and used for 36 consecutive months, and Tianying Network has notified you in advance, but it has not been activated;

(3) The identity information you provided is false, invalid or recognized as illegal by the competent authorities;

(4) Services related to the suspension of game operation or termination of Tianying Network's operation;

(5) Other circumstances required by laws and regulations or where Tianying Network reasonably believes that termination of the service is necessary.

3. After the termination of this agreement, you shall immediately stop using the game service, and Tianying Network shall no longer bear the obligation to provide the game service, but the independent provisions in this agreement on privacy protection, liability waivers, dispute resolution, etc. shall continue to be valid.

VII. Dispute resolution and legal application

1. The establishment, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict laws).

2. Any disputes or disagreements arising between you and Tianying Network due to this Agreement shall be resolved by friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement was signed (Longhua District, Haikou City, Hainan Province).

3. The titles of all the terms of this agreement are only for convenience of reading and do not affect the substantive meaning and interpretation of the terms.

VIII. Others

1. Customer service contact information of Tianying Network: in-game customer service entrance, official website (http://ns.hntianying.cn) customer service area, customer service email (840073905@qq.com), you can consult questions or feedback through the above channels.

2. This agreement shall take effect from the date of your registration or first use of the Steam Fantasy game service, and shall be legally binding on you and Tianying Network.

3. If you have any questions or objections to this agreement, you can contact us through the customer service channel, and we will provide you with the necessary explanations and instructions.
